In this time, the atmosphere contains a lot of methane to generate enough greenhouse effect to melt the rest of the lunar ice, also to stimulate the biological activity of the recently introduced phytoplankton, aeroplankton and the soil-generating bacteria.
By this phase of terraformation, the Moon is a very hot place due to the methane, and the constant cometary impacts done with the purpose of importing volatiles and water.

If you look closely, you'll notice a thin line on Earth. That's an orbital ring. Most of mankind now lives there. It's a massive settlement and a point of departure from the planet: Earth is being depopulated and mankind is migrating to the terraformed planets, the asteroids and the hundreds of thousands of space habitats. Eventually, when the migration is complete, even the ring will be disassembled.

Fun fact: Our descendants from the second technological civilization (The guys terraforming the Moon) never found the exact location of Tranquillity Base, even after centuries of archaeological research and Moon exploration/colonization. They found some of the Apollo sites and preserved the relics, but Apollo 11 site was never found. And now it rests somewhere under the new Lunar seas.
